Privacy policy
Short version: we collect only what booking needs, we don’t sell anything, and payments never touch our servers.
1 · What we collect
Booking happens entirely through this website. At checkout we collect only what a booking needs:
- Your full name,
- Your email address — used to send your booking confirmation and receipt,
- The service you chose, plus a payment reference from our payment provider.
Everything else — your specs, your games, what’s bothering you — is talked through with you directly during the session, not harvested up front.
2 · How it’s used
Booking details are used for one purpose: scheduling and delivering your optimization session. They are never used for marketing or profiling, and are not shared beyond the payment provider that processes your checkout.
3 · Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (card and UPI) and PayPal. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — each provider handles payment data under its own privacy policy. We only record a payment reference so we can match the payment to your booking.
4 · Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard request information. If analytics are enabled at a later date, this policy will be updated to say so.
5 · Remote sessions
During a session you share your screen via Ultraviewer at your own discretion. We do not record sessions and we do not copy personal files. Close anything private before the session if you prefer.
6 · Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time via Discord. We’ll do it.
