Terms of service
Please read carefully before booking. Last updated: September 2026.
1 · Service scope
By purchasing a FinnTweaks service you are paying for our time, experience, labour and manual optimization expertise. Every session is performed live over a remote connection (Ultraviewer) and is customized to your hardware and the games you play. Two services are offered:
- Standard ($25) — optimization of your existing Windows install: telemetry & AI removal, debloat, startup/boot optimization, graphics settings, KBM tweaks, network tweaks, registry optimization, stress testing and system assessment.
- Ultimate ($40) — everything in Standard, plus a fresh Windows installation, Finn Toolkit, BIOS update if required, XMP/EXPO enablement with stability testing, CPU & GPU overclock, clean debloated drivers and a custom NVIDIA profile.
Both services include unlimited support — see section 7 below.
Prices are listed in USD. PayPal is charged in USD; card and UPI payments are charged in INR at the prevailing exchange rate, with the exact rupee amount shown at checkout. Crypto payments are coming soon.
2 · Fresh installation — data responsibility
The Ultimate service includes a fresh Windows installation, which erases the system drive. You are responsible for backing up any data you want to keep before the session. We will confirm your backup status before starting the install, but FinnTweaks accepts no liability for data loss on the system drive during a fresh install.
3 · No cheating support
FinnTweaks does not support cheats, exploits, spoofers or unfair gameplay. We do not install, configure or troubleshoot any cheating software, and we may refuse or cancel a session if that is requested. We respect anti-cheat systems; our work is limited to Windows, driver and hardware configuration.
4 · No refund policy
All sales are final. Once a session, consultation or optimization has begun, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued — you are purchasing professional time and expertise, which cannot be returned. Scope and price are agreed before the session starts precisely so that surprises do not exist on either side.
5 · Laptops
Laptops are supported with realistic expectations. Thermal and power limits mean a laptop will not match an equivalently specced desktop. Expected results are discussed and agreed before payment.
6 · Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your hardware and goals before and during the session.
- Back up important data before any session, and absolutely before an Ultimate fresh install.
- Be present during the session to answer questions and observe the work.
- Grant remote access only through the provided, secure flow and cut access when done.
- Maintain reasonable, respectful conduct. Abusive or fraudulent behaviour ends the session without refund.
7 · Support
Every FinnTweaks service — Standard and Ultimate alike — comes with unlimited support at no extra cost. We don’t disappear after the session. Whether you need help understanding a change we made, or something we did ever causes a crash, you can come back to us without worrying about an expiry date or another bill.
Support covers issues directly caused by our optimizations. If our work is responsible, we’ll own it and make it right. We are not responsible for software, settings, drivers, or other changes made after your session. Reapplying optimizations or fixing user-made changes may require a paid check-up.
8 · Liability
Optimization is performed to professional standards and validated for stability, but no service can guarantee a specific performance outcome. Performance depends on your hardware, drivers, temperatures and workload. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinnTweaks’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
